Dog rescued after month trapped in vehicle!

This is a truly amazing tale of how a dog trapped in a locked vehicle was able to survive for a month and eventually found freedom.

The story begins when 80 year old Chinese pensioner Wang Zujun took his three-wheeler to a garage to be repaired. Mr Zujun forgot the name and address of the garage and despite setting out every day in search of the garage he still had not remembered the location a month later. It turns out he had been searching in the wrong direction!

The loss of the vehicle wasn't much of a concern to Mr Zujun, but the pensioner had left a dog with the vehicle and the loss of his faithful companion was very concerning.

In the meantime the garage owner had left the vehicle parked outside a local Chengdu shopping center after Mr Zujun had not returned to reclaim the repaired vehicle. The small dog had been kept alive by the local traders who fed it through a gap in the window.

After a month the smell of the dog trapped in the vehicle grew increasingly worse and it was decided that action had to be taken to free the pet. After breaking the lock and opening the door the rescuers were unable to cox the dog out so they found Mr Zujun's address on some papers in the vehicle and contacted him.

When Mr Zujun arrived on the scene and was led to his long lost vehicle his beloved dog leaped from the vehicle into his arms. A tale of true love and devotion. One can only wonder why it took a month before someone thought to act ...
